We're all a little stronger than we think

In October 2011, my husband suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm. It came as such a shock to us considering he was only 29, in perfect health and had no sign or symptom of anything wrong. We have three small children ages 7,4, and 2. It was the hardest thing we as a family have ever had to go through but it has brought us so much closer. I was amazed at the courage of my husband as he endured many medical issues and trials. I was also able to find the strength to go on during such a scary time in our lives. I would always tell my kids that they had to be brave and stay strong while daddy was in the hospital and getting better. I tried to live each day a little braver and I was faced with many difficult situations. I wish I would have had this bracelet to wear during the hospital to remind me to be brave. It is our family motto now and those two little words mean so much to me.
