Diagnosed 2007 with Multiple Sclerosis, It was shocking, certainly not what I expected. It explained a lot about some of the symptoms I was having and taught me to be more mindful of what my body is telling me. I am fortunate in that it is what you might call a mild case. I can still do a lot of things I did before even thought there is a lot I can't also. I have to be aware of my limitations or I will pay for it. Fatigue is a definite enemy, but I am learning to adapt. I am still able to work full time (desk job) Time off is devoted to family and resting. I know there are many a lot worse than me which is why i support awareness whenever I can.
